When To Say When

When it comes to getting a tattoo one needs to be able to know when to say when and when to say, “Hey maybe this design isn’t such a great idea.” For example, say you know this very pretty attractive girl or you are that very pretty and attractive girl and you go out and get a huge tattoo somewhere on your body that is fairly noticeable. Some people including your loved ones maybe left scratching their heads wondering why you disgraced your body like that. Of course at the time you received this tattoo you were in the frame of mind that it was the right thing to do and that it was awesome. Well you may not be thinking that way a few years or heck even a few weeks down the road. So when you are trying to decide what tattoo design to get think really hard and ask yourself will I be ok with this huge tattoo for the rest of my life. Also will I be able to handle the looks and whispering because of the tattoo and I am prepared to lose or miss out on job offers because of this tattoo? Sadly enough this are all relevant questions you should be asking yourself, because unfortunately in our society it is a little more acceptable for a man to have a huge tattoo somewhere on his body than it is for a woman. So just think long and hard about your tattoo design and the size of it. It’s better to go small than to go big and regret it.

Sooner or later, society is going to get used to attractive women with tattoos, large or small. It is those brave souls that get what they want, where they want it that are paving the way. Society needs to get over the thought of what is acceptable or not when it comes to tattoos since it is such a personal issue such as your hair color, makeup choices or style of dress. Just a few years ago it wasn’t acceptable for women to have a tattoo at all. Now it is more common and less scary for people. One day, it won’t matter at all.
