With the popularity of tattoos rising nearly every year people find more and more creative ways to get tattoos and to get the tattoo craze out there. While we have all heard of house parties for jewelry, scrap-booking, candles, make up and so on, but would have thought in your wildest dreams that people are having tattoo parties in their homes. As you can imagine the health department is rather concerned about these new tattoo house parties. Mainly because given a tattoo in an unsanitary place can cause some serious problems, not to mention the person giving the tattoo may not be a license and skilled tattoo artist.

 If you hear of someone having or going to one of these new tattoo house parties, urge them not to go. Or if they are dead set on having a so called tattoo party. Get a bunch of people together and head out to your local well respected tattoo parlor and get your ink there. It is always best to get your tattoo done by a professional. If you are interested in a private tattoo party type of thing, consult your local tattoo artist and see if you can work something out with them to create a private party feel.

The moral of this story is never get a tattoo from anyone unless you are in an actual tattoo parlor or studio. Tattooing is a serous business, a lot fo things can go wrong if tattoos are not administered in the proper enviroment. It is always best to be safe than sorry when it comes to getting a tattoo.
